How can I connect ChatGPT to my video editing software?

You can connect ChatGPT to a video editor through MCP if the editor provides an MCP server and your ChatGPT account supports custom apps.
To connect invideo Editor, open invideo’s connection page, select ChatGPT, and follow the setup instructions. Complete the required settings and sign in to your invideo account when prompted.
Once connected, describe the video you want to make or identify an existing project. For example:
“Open my interview project and assemble a five-minute first cut from the selected recordings.”
You can then open the project in invideo Editor to review the work, make manual adjustments, or continue directing ChatGPT.
